Automation for email campaign not opened

What about this idea: you create a segment of all contacts who received emails (emails to be configured) in the last 24h but did not open them in the last 24h, would that work?

Then you create an automation that is based on this segment and that send the follow-up email.

In your marketing journey, let’s say:

  • you start by creating Email 1: in the email names inside the segment, you will put « Email 1 »
  • and if you create « Email 2 » one day, you’ll add it to the segment, you’ll save it, that will automatically update the workflow.

Could that be a scalable solution?
