Can the team please improve the interface in regard to blocklisting? This screenshot makes me cringe. It is so difficult to figure out WHAT you are selecting when you try to blocklist someone. It needs to be more definitive as to what you are selecting and what he status is. I can’t be the only one who is confused by this and it takes extra time every time I do it. Please make this more clear to users.

If my personal understanding can help you…
A contact can be registered in several lists but only has one Brevo identifier
→ the contact has two configurations :
- email campaign
- transactional email
He can be blacklisted in one or both configurations.
If he is blacklisted in a list / email campaign, he will be blacklisted in all lists
If he is blacklisted in a list / transactional email, he will only be blacklisted in this list but not in another.

I understand the process of the blacklisting. What I’m saying is that the interface, the buttons, the text… The Interface for that is confusing to understand. The design of the interface just doesn’t flow. I believe this election that you have made is highlighted but it’s really hard to tell… It just is functionally confusing to me.
Maybe I’m the only one but I don’t think so.
