Clarification on pricing structure/monthly allowance

Hello all,

We’re debating using Bervo for our B2C email marketing, I’m looking at the pricing structure and wanted to clarify something before I sign up.

We have 23,000+ contacts. Looking at the screenshot I’m sharing, I want to be sure I’m clear on what the ‹ 40,000 emails › means exactly. Does it mean that if we’ve got 25,000 contact, I’d be able to send one email a month, and it’d reach all 25,000. Or, does it mean that you can create and send up to 40,000 different emails to your ‹ unlimited › contact base?

I’d assume it’s the former, as I’m not sure who’d creating 40,000 emails a month!

If it is the former, then I’ll need to give it some thought as we send out 1-2 per week currently.

If anyone can confirm either way, I’d be ever so grateful!
Thanks

Hi @alice , thanks for posting on this community.

‹ 40,000 emails › means you will be able to send 40k emails maximum in a month, and as you have an ‹ unlimited › contact base, it is irrespective of the total amount of contacts you have.

Said differently:

  • you can have 100k contacts in your base
  • as you long as you send less than a total of 40k emails in a month, you’re good to go

Did I get your question well?
