Emails in queue/paused, despite ~19k transactional emails left

Wanted to see if I’m missing something here. Got a notification that clients didn’t get their morning emails - checked and saw we ran out of credits and emails were paused.
But our cycle starts on 01 of month, and says we have 19,883 emails remaining…
Last month we only sent ~3000 emails.

I checked the api and the start-endDates are the same? Something seems weird.

Already contacted support but need to know moving forward.

edit: looks like a similar issue happened here, but no community release on resolution

Update: 24h passed & the date flipped to 02/02/2025, 2 email credits used and still all emails paused.

Update: Despite this, however, API still says our Plan is 1/1/2025 - 1/1/2025

Hi, do you still encounter this issue?

Support unpaused the emails and agreed it was a glitch. However, they were unable to tell me what was wrong to prevent in the future.
