Out of Credits after Sending One Recent Newsletter

Hi there,

We are currently having an issue sending Newsletters. Despite only sending one newsletter to a list of 909 people in recent months we are getting warnings saying we have almost run out of sending credits despite the fact that we should be well within our limits on our plan.

I have emailed Brevo twice about this with no reply so far.

We recently had a subaccount go through 15,000 monthly credits despite only sending a few transactional emails, like maybe 100! Seems to be a glitch on their end
