Hey folks,
in the past two months the amount of incidents of core services like transactional mail and API is quite alarming. Our team is starting to question if Brevo is still reliable enough especially for transactional mails.
I like Brevo a lot, but it would be nice to at least understand what’s been going on in the past weeks and what’s being done to get back to more reliability. I found no official communication or statement regarding the outages.
Of course there are fallbacks in place and stuff… but nonetheless,
would be nice to get some information there.
And how do others handle the outages? Do you have complete redundancy in place for cases like this?

This way, you’ll receive an email for every updates, and also when the post-mortem is available.
Besides that, be sure that the Brevo teams are all working hard to minimize the number of outages and incidents, and to fix them as soon as possible when they occur. There are 24/7 paging policies so that any issues are swiftly taken care of, and we’re truly sorry for all our clients when, unfortunately, a problem arises.
I want to second that there have been a lot of incidents lately. We have a Slack channel with alerts from all our services, and consistently there are alerts posted for Brevo.
Right now Brevo dashboard went down and I’ve contacted support. I see CORS issues in the network tab. Yet no message on the status page. Waiting for someone to reply…
