Emails sending on the wrong Year

I am having an issue with Brevo Automations not correctly recognizing the « year » part of an entered date attribute.

I have automations that are supposed to send days, weeks, and months after a certain date entered by the user [SURGERYDATE], but they are also being sent a whole year after the date. I have only noticed this happening with automations that are set up to send emails « after » the date.

For example:

  • Date Attribute SURGERYDATE value: 5/01/2024
  • When should Contacts enter? “After the date attribute occurs”
  • How long after? “3 weeks”

They should and DO receive an email 3 weeks after SURGERYDATE on 5/22/2024, but then they ALSO receive an email one year later on 5/22/2025 which they should not.

“Allow Contact re-entry after exit” is set to off.

I believe this is a bug. The automations should consider the whole date of the Date Attribute - Day, Month and Year.

Please advise when this bug can be fixed or a workaround that achieves the desired result.
