There’s a huge problem if someone using the javascript tracker.
Any contacts created by the Tracker are subscribed to everything by default, including Email campaigns..
That’s not legal in any EU country. And I don’t even understand the logic behind this, people should only be subscribed to Transactional emails from Tracker just like in the Orders api.. (if you create an order, it’s contat will be only subscribed to Transactional Emails, ad that’s fine there)
I checked the documentation but there’s nothing to modify this behavior.
