Currently there is no view I can look at in Brevo to give me an activity/operational overview of my sales team, as we scale its becoming unmanageable.
I want to see:
- Recent activity on tasks
There is currently no way to see a summary of team activity, how many calls are being made, how many followups etc. This view gives me assurance that the team is working through the backlog and indicates how quickly. Even just being able to filter on « last updated » would be a start.
- Recent activity on deals
Seeing deals that have recent activity on them is a must, I want to see deals that recently went from « New Lead » to « Demo Booked » etc. Currently the reports are very abstract and frankly just unusable. Again a filter based on « last updated » could work here but you can only put fixed dates in not « last 3 days » for example.
- Saved Filters on deals and tasks
The ability to define a filter and save it as a name e.g. « Unassigned tasks » or « Pre-sales Tasks ». So I can quickly switch between different views (and other members of the team).
