Recipients are reduced automatically

Hello, I’m new to Brevo.
My first newsletter worked very well. However, now I see fewer recipients with each campaign even though I select « all contacts ». It seems as if the system only addresses active contacts on its own. However, I did not set this filter, at least so far aas I know. I also hardly have any entries in the blocklist, so that can’t be the reason. The total number of contacts ist still the same.
Can someone help me?

I wrote to the support team and they fixed it. It was a technical problem.
