I run a Campaign. After ie 1 week the list have additional users. Is it possible to rerun the same Campaign? If yes this apply both for email and whatsapp campaign?

I guess yes: have you tried to duplicate your campaign to send it again?

Did you try to use automation?
You can create an automation like:
Condition 1: Contact Details > A contact is added to a list
Condition 2: Send an email or WhatsApp message
But you can only choose a template and not a previous campaign.
I hope that can help you automate this task.
