Same Email Multiple Contacts in Forms

Hey, We are an educational institute, our website is on wordpress and we use Contact Form 7, so the problem is right now we have 4 forms mainly as(Other i exclude for clarity) - Open House, Online Admissions, Offline Addmission and Contact Us.

First case - Sometime a user enter open house forms two first, first time obviously the wrong date selection, but since the contact has been made the data won’t get updated

Second Case - We send some campaigns using manual leads, so we populate the database and send the campaign, when some leads came back and fill the form with same email they won’t get any email that is set up in the automation because the email is already in database.

Please help me on this, is this the configuration issue with brevo and contact form 7?

First case

What you mean is that once the email is added, it does not get updated, even though the contact submits the form again?

Seconde case

they won’t get any email that is set up in the automation because the email is already in database

what is the automation trigger you’re using? « Form submitted » event?

Let’s go with the first issue -

We are an institute, so we send email to leads.

Now when the same lead came back and fill the form their data won’t get updated.
