From what I see you can create an automation that gets triggered when a contact unsubscribes:
but I’m not sure you can do the same for a contact that is a soft or a hard bounce
So is there a solution to this problem?
This is a good question. I miss invoice being paid because of bouncing emails and I need to check it manually if all emails arrived. It cannot be in 2024 we can put people on the moon and beyond but Brevo is not able to send us notification emails when something bounces?
