I’m unable to get Discord registration working because Brevo is soft bouncing my emails. The soft bounce is generated because the IP associated with the email delivery is blocked by ProofPoint.
Has anybody else had this problem?

The support should be able to have a closer look at the DNS (server responses).
If you have a high amount of bounces, I would always suggest that you check if you can optimize your database, to improve the overall sending reputation. With a tool like google postmaster you are able to monitor your reputation.

I got around this after I had fixed my DKIM setting (it would not verify) and using a different email address. I don’t know exactly what fixed it. If I find out, I’ll respond here.
