Wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
When a customer unsubscribes from our Brevo list, then goes on to purchase a product from the website, the invoice of goods sold bounces as we’re using Brevo as the website’s SMTP.
The system says the Transactional Email Hard Bounced. We still need to email these, despite the customer being unsubscribed.
Has this issue been incounted before?

thanks for posting on this community! Actually there are two things:
- marketing emails
- transactional emails
They are two different things, meaning that:
- if a contact unsubscribes from your newsletter, you can see her email address is blocklisted
- but she should still be subscribed to transactional emails
