Unable to trigger an automation from a tracked/custom event

I have created some events using both the REST API and the JavaScript API and I see them in the event log under Automations.

But, I am not able to trigger an automation from these events.

When I add a « Custom Event » trigger it just has a link to the docs that tell me to use the APIs to create the events, which I have already done.

What do I need to do to be able to use these tracked events as a custom event trigger?

Hi @roberto and @tony , did you find a solution in the end? Was it only a matter of time before the event gets displayed?

@ahudavert Yes! Sorry, I should have updated this thread :slight_smile:

I left it over the weekend and on Monday the events were there. I guess there was something that was not running, or that was massively delayed. Now if I create new events they appear immediately.

I still only see a few of the events we send to Brevo. They are being added very very slowly it seems.
