I’ve set up a simple newsletter form (email address) in KadenceWP, which integrates directly with Brevo via an API key. The goal is to add new subscribers to my Brevo email list.
Assuming the form setup in Kadence (Wordpress) is correct (API key, field mapping, and list selection), what could be the possible reasons for the form data not being submitted to my Brevo email list? Also, my domain, DMRC settings etc. are all verified.
Thank you for your reply. I have received some feedback from Kadence support and they confirmed that there is an issue on their end, properly integrating Brevo.
They are supposed to release a fix within this month.

Hi. So far it is working on my end. However, I need to point out that I didn’t update Kadence for about 2 months. So maybe the latest version causes problems again? Did you post this issue in the Kadence FB group? Also, I highly recommend writing to Kadence Support. They are very helpful. Please keep us posted regarding your issue!
Thanks for the response. I contacted the Kadence support and they said this happens if you map the mobile input to the SMS field in Brevo. Once I removed it the integration worked great
