Can I add an email to an automation in progress?

Since Brevo allows it, I presume there is no problem with adding a new email to an existing automation. Yet, here I am asking because I want to know it’s ok and I won’t mess up the automation for those already in it. :grinning: Thank you.

What do you mean by « adding a new email to an existing automation »:

  • some contacts have already entered the workflow
  • one moment later, you want to add another contact?

If yes, then absolutely, it is not a problem at all, automations are designed to handle this kind of case
