From my understanding unengaged contacts should be those who are older than one year and have not opened or clicked any campaigns during the past year. Does that make sense?
So, I’m quite confused about the standard filter/segment that Brevo is offering for unengaged unseres here:
https://app.brevo.com/contact/settings/unengaged-segment
It will show contacts that are JOUNGER than one year, some of them just some days old and naturally they have not opened or clicked any campaigns.
Clearly, I wouldn’t want to identify these new contacts as unengaged. What am I getting wrong?
How have you setup your filter to identify unengaged contacts?
