I understand the reason for this. I my case I use Brevo to send books from Calibre and Calibre web to my Kindle - I am not a mass mailer. I have added the t-sender-sib.com address to my Amazon approved senders list and still receive the books, but I realise this is temporary. I don’t have a domain to authenticate. Is there any way I can continue to send my books using the old gmail address? Or is there another easy solution for my use case?
Hi @John , thanks for posting on this community!
The old gmail address won’t work, as per the Google and Yahoo requirements.
I’m trying to think about it but I believe you don’t have any other choices than having your own domain, unfortunately.
To give more context about this topic to our readers:
- if you’re not sending emails from a domain that you own, Brevo is temporarily replacing your sender by t-sender-sib.com , so that your emails can be properly delivered
- this is related to the new requirements from Gmail and Yahoo, explained in this article: https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/14925263522578-Prepare-for-Gmail-and-Yahoo-s-new-requirements-for-email-senders
Hey ! I have authenticated my domain but still it is sending from investinmindd@239448610.t-sender-sib.com , what can I do to resolve it ?
