So basically, you’d like to send a follow up email to the people who did not open the first one, is that correct?
If yes, you can do the following:
- create the segment of people who did not open your first email
- and then launch a new campaign to these people
=> would that work for you? I can give more details if needed, and if you wish to automate things, I can give you another option as well. Tell me
