Receiving my Forms email from 238237654.t-sender-sib instead of via sendinblue?

Hi, We are a cleaning company in Brisbane, Australia, from last night all the form entries we are receiving in our email is from « 238237654.t-sender-sib » instead of « via sendinblue ».

We are using WPforms Lite and WP Mail SMTP with Sendinblue (https://www.brevo.com/) for form creation and email delivery.

One more thing we want to highlight here is that multiple entries are being received in the same thread. But this issue is with the only happening when they are customers are submitting details only one of our bond cleaning service page (https://superiorcleaningandpest.com.au/bond-cleaning/). When customers submit details on any other service page, details are received in different email. Here is the screenshot for better understanding: Screenshot-2024-02-02-140748 hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB .

Also we are receiving entries very late. As we are using Clarity for user behavior, we got to know that we are receiving form entries with almost an hour of delay.

Tried reinstalling plugins. reshuffled settings, tried sending testing email to know what is wrong with it, could not find a solution.

So, any expert here who have used Sendinblue (Brevo) in the past or using now, is this ok to receive emails from different email? And how to receive different entries in different email threads?

Hi @suiopo , thanks for posting on this community!

This is related to the new requirements related to Yahoo and Gmail senders.

In short:

  • from February 1st, Yahoo and Gmail have implemented new sender requirements
  • as you’re sending emails from an @gmail.com address, you have to meet them
  • you can’t send emails if your domain is not authenticated

We did a full post on this topic, visible here: New Google and Yahoo requirements - #3 par ahudavert

Does this help?
